GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
  • CircusMASH and any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
  • CircusMASH reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour. This will only be a last option, and our Bullying and Behavioural Policies will give you more information on this.
  • You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at info@circusmash.co.uk
  • You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address.
  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
  • You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
  • We are unable to issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances  

COVID RESTRICTIONS

We have adapted classes to keep contact to an absolute minimum to ensure that we keep the space safe during these times. We will step in to spot if we feel a child needs help in the air and in these instances it is important to understand that there may be physical contact with the child so we can ensure that we keep them safe.

We have put extra measures in place to ensure that we are following all current Government Guidelines and both parents/guardians and members will be made aware of these at their first class.

INJURY DURING TRAINING

Although unlikely, it is important to be aware that learning circus can carry the risk of injury. These risks simply cannot be eliminated without jeopardising the essential qualities of the activity. It is important that participants (adults & young people) follow all instructions given by the instructor and do not misuse equipment in any way.

By agreeing to these terms you understand that a conversation will need to be had between yourself and your child about this and instructions must always be followed. You will also not hold CircusMASH responsible for any injury.

CANCELATION POLICY

There is a 30 day cancellation period on all classes.
