Chinese Pole is a vertical pole covered in rubber used in circus. This class is for beginners where you will learn to climb, slide down and hold poses on the pole. It is a taster session and will cost just £10 for the session. From September classes will be held on Fridays and will cost the same …more as all our other scheduled classes. It is very important that you have all skin covered for this class, we would recommend wearing: leggings under jeans (not baggy), a long sleeve t-shirt and a jumper as well as trainers with rubber soles. And bring a water bottle of course. less

Discovery Skate (9 - 17yrs)

Discovery Skate is for young people 9 years and above who want to learn the basics of roller skating or hone their practice. Participants will be working on balance, flow and speed with the addition of circus tricks. Participants must bring their own skates (quad roller skates, not inline skate …mores), as well as knee and elbow pads. less
