A fun introduction to inversions including various exercises that can be practiced as part of a warm for circus as well as developing technical handstands and a little bit of creativity. All the exercises can be adapted to fit peoples' bodies and experience. Adaptations and options will be given throughout the workshop. This workshop will be led by Tamzen Moulding and it is funded by Arts Council England with the intention of engaging with low income families and communities with low representation in circus.
